02 What We Manufacture
Beds and mattresses, built to your specification.
Contract mattresses, beds, divan bases, headboards and zip-and-link systems — in pocket sprung, open coil, foam, memory foam or hybrid, with bespoke sizes, depth, firmness and fabrics. We're not limited to a fixed catalogue: if your requirement is unusual, talk to us.
Commercial environments often need fire-performance standards beyond domestic products — we review your specification and test accordingly, including to Source 5 / Crib 5 where required.
Send us your requirement or an existing specification — we'll develop, sample, manufacture and deliver it, with repeat supply set up for ongoing orders.
